Ingredients: Ginger, Peppermint, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Lemon balm, Licorice, Fennel, Burdock root, Cornflower petals.

Water Temperature: Boiling

Steep Time: 5+ minutes

One heaping teaspoon per 8 ozs water
