Dark Roast Iron Buddha | Tie Guan Yin (Oolong) 40% oxidation

Dark Iron Buddha’s main difference from our Light Iron Buddha is that it is approx. 40% oxidized vs 10%, rendering it darker in appearance and less vegetal on the palate. As opposed to the lighter floral quality of the Light Iron Buddha, it’s more toast-like. Try them side by side to compare. Can be resteeped.

One rounded teaspoon per 6-8 ozs water
