Chumushi Sencha

Wonderful all-day drinking green tea. Chumushi is a medium-steamed Japanese sencha. It’s brighter and lighter than the deep-steamed Fukamushi senchas and thicker and more complex than the light-steamed Asamushi senchas. Straw, sea air, and freshly mown grass on the nose. Vegetative and oceanic qualities come through in the taste, with a lingering umami finish. Uplifting yet grounding. Can be resteeped multiple times as long as you continue to enjoy it!

Steep Time: 1-3 minutes

One rounded teaspoon per 6-8 ozs water
