Toasted Coconut

Back in the early days of the shop (2010-2011), we carried a Coconut white tea that was a menu standout. Unfortunately, ingredient availability changed and we weren’t able to hang onto that beloved blend. I have been on the lookout for a comparable option for many years since, so you can imagine my immense delight when we were able to have this one blended up for us according to our strict specs. If the taste of coconut doesn’t do it for you, I’d suggest moving on from this one, as the taste is mightily true to its origin. The coconut provides depth and warmth to the vegetative and natural peachiness of the Pai Mu Tan leaves. Sip back and meditate on warmer climes.

1 rounded teaspoon per 6-8 ozs water
