Partridge in a Pear Green (Organic)

This Fukamushi (deep-steamed) Sencha base with Pai Mu Tan blended in for floral top notes yields a smooth and strong umami profile with a slight sweetness. Mighty pear on the nose gives way to traditional Fukamushi thick mouthfeel that is softened with the inclusion of some white tea, providing more nuance and complexity throughout. Fukamushi sencha steeps quickly, but again the inclusion of Pai Mu Tan will slow the process down a little, allowing you more forgiveness if you steep an extra minute than you’d intended. Pay attention to brewing guidelines, and then adjust accordingly to your own taste!
