Matcha makes its return! This tea comes from the Samidori ("early green") cultivar from the first harvest of spring. The harvested leaves are known for its vibrant green colour, as well as its vegetative and umami qualities. Very smooth on the palate. An excellent cup to drink traditionally or with milk!
